Isaiah 19:5-22 -- Keys to God's blessing

V 20 - remember the Lord is all powerful; if He wants He can confuse people (v14), and dry up rivers (v5), and He punishes (v220
V 20 - remember He is with you
V 20 - ask for help
V 21 - worship Him
V 22 - keep your promises to Him
